LAC 51:XXIV.711. Waste Water Disposal [formerly paragraph 24:016]

A. Backwash water may be discharged into a sanitary sewer through an approved air gap, or into an approved subsurface disposal system or by other means approved by the state health officer. B. Sewage disposal shall be of a manner conforming to the provisions of Part XIII of this Code.
