LAC 51:XXVIII.121. Waste Receptacles [formerly paragraph 28:011]

A. [Formerly paragraph 28:011-1] Following body art procedures for each client, the registrant or operator shall deposit all waste material related to treatment in a container of the type specified in §121.C of this Part. B. [Formerly paragraph 28:011-2] Waste disposed in a reception area and restrooms shall be limited only to materials that are not used in providing body art services to clients or are practice related. C. [Formerly paragraph 28:011-3] Waste disposal containers shall be constructed of non-absorbent and readily cleanable materials, shall have smooth surfaces and shall be kept clean and in good repair.
