LAC 51:XXV.305. Disposal Systems [formerly paragraph 25:021]

A. Approved facilities shall be provided and properly maintained for the disposal or treatment and disposal of all sewage and liquid waste. B. [Formerly paragraph 25:022] Where a public sewer system is available, all plumbing fixtures and all building sewers shall be connected thereto. If a public sewer system is not available, a private sewage disposal facility meeting the requirements of Part XIII of this Code shall be installed and connected to all plumbing fixtures and building sewers.
