LAC 51:XXV.501. Refuse [formerly paragraph 25:023]

A. The storage, collection, transportation, and disposal of refuse shall be so conducted as to prevent odor, insect, rodent and other nuisance conditions. B. [Formerly paragraph 25:024] One 50-gallon refuse container or its equivalent shall be provided for each 100 persons anticipated. Refuse containers shall be readily accessible. C. [Formerly paragraph 25:025] All refuse shall be collected from the assembly area at least once each day of the assembly, and disposed of at a disposal site approved by the state health officer. D. [Formerly paragraph 25:026] The grounds and immediate surrounding properties shall be cleaned of refuse within 24 hours following the mass gathering.
