A. A tanning facility may not claim or distribute promotional materials that claim use of a tanning device is safe or free from risk. B. No person shall state or imply that any activity under such certificate of registration-permit has been approved by the department. C. No person or tanning facility may claim health benefits from the use of a tanning device unless such claims have been approved in advance by the state health officer. D. No tanning facility may allow any person under eighteen years of age to use any tanning equipment.
