LAC 52:I.1803. Validation of Reports

A. Upon receipt of an electronically filed report, the staff of the board shall cause a validation of receipt to be sent to the filer via facsimile, electronic mail, or United States mail. B. Electronically filed reports shall include a digital signature created according to the methodology included in the board's electronic filing system. C. Reports required to be filed under oath may be submitted electronically.
