A. The staff shall establish a procedure for the dating, indexing, and filing of all lobbyist registrations, lobbyist disclosure reports, designations, and employer/principal disclosure reports received by the board through the lobbyist online filing system. B. The method of determining the date of filing shall be as provided in R.S. 42:1157.1.
