LAC 52:I.604. Consent Agenda

A. The staff shall research and prepare a consent agenda of proposed advisory opinions consisting only of those advisory opinions which are based on and consistent with prior opinions and decisions of the board or its predecessors. B. The board may review and revise any opinion prepared by the staff contained on the consent agenda. C. If a member of the board objects to considering a proposed advisory opinion on the consent agenda, the item shall not be considered on the consent agenda but shall be placed on the general agenda.
