LAC 55:VII.3105. Additional Information for Licenses: Partnership, Corporation, Limited Liability Company (LLC)

A. In addition to all other information required of an applicant by Title 26, any partnership, corporation, or limited liability company applying for a tobacco license shall provide the written agreement (partnership) or certificate (corporation and LLC) to the Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control. B. This requirement is waived for any applicant who also has a liquor license with the Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control, provided the applicant includes the liquor license number on the application.
