A. For a renewal application to be timely filed, the application and the appropriate fee must be received by the Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control on or before the license expiration date. B. Failure to timely file the renewal application will subject the license holder to the delinquency penalties authorized by R.S. 26:905.
