A. Vendors shall not be authorized to submit any deduction which was obtained from a retiree for the purpose of transmitting any part of that deduction to a third party. B. The vendor is responsible for refunding any amounts deducted in error to the individual retiree. C. Any information received from LASERS shall be handled in accordance with the Louisiana Public Records law.
