A. The board may conduct a hearing to review any completed appeal filed. The claimant may represent himself or may be represented by an attorney or any other person he may designate. B. Depositions may be used at the hearing conducted by the board or committee. C. After hearing all of the evidence and considering all of the facts presented, the board shall make a determination of the appeal. The claimant shall be notified of the decision of the board by mail and/or electronic means.
