LAC 67:III.1257. Reporting Requirements

A. Effective February 1, 2004, a FITAP household that is not included in a SNAP Simplified reporting household shall report any change that affects eligibility or the amount of monthly benefits. The specified dollar amounts of change for earned or unearned income that trigger a report shall be adjusted annually in accordance with 7 CFR §273.12(a)(1)(i) (D). Changes shall be reported within 10 days of the knowledge of the change. B. A FITAP household that is included in a SNAP Simplified Reporting household is subject to the simplified household reporting requirements in accordance with §2013 and must report if the only eligible child moves out of the home or if any eligible child is certified for Foster Care.
