LAC 69:I.311. Exceptions and Motions

A. Motions, rules and exceptions shall be in writing, shall be accompanied by an order or rule setting them for hearing and shall be served in accordance with these rules. B. Motions, rules and exceptions shall be heard by the board by special setting, or referred to the merits of the case at the discretion of the board.
