LAC 70:IX.5003. Application and Scope

A. The following rules and regulations are promulgated in accordance and under the authority of the Secretary of the Department of Transportation and Development as afforded and designated by Act 286, Regular Session 2019, R.S. 48:2191, et seq., R.S. 45:201.1 et. seq., and R.S. 36:504. B. These rules shall apply to Transportation Network Companies, its drivers and local governments. C. Any previous rules promulgated in association or relative to Transportation Network Companies are repealed.
