LAC 70:IX.5027. Local Rules and Regulations

A. At least 30 days prior, local governmental subdivision shall provide written notice to the agency and each company permitted by the department in accordance with R.S. 48:2193, 1. of an initial hearing, 2. reading, or 3. consideration of an ordinance imposing a fee pursuant to R.S. 48:2204. B. A local governmental subdivision shall also provide written notice within ten days of the passage of any ordinance imposing a fee. C. A fee imposed pursuant to R.S. 48:2204 shall not go into effect until the first day of the month that is at least 30 days after passage of the ordinance imposing the fee.
