LAC 70:I.1537. Coordination with Local Authorities

A. Additional permits may be required by other local governing authorities. B. It is the responsibility of the applicant to determine the need for additional permits from local authorities, and to obtain these permits. C. Access connection permits shall not be granted based on the possession of other required state or local permit(s). The issuance of a DOTD access connection permit does not guarantee the issuance of other required state or local permit(s).
