LAC 70:XIX.105. Applicability

A. This program applies only to state-funded construction projects which are funded by monies derived from taxes on petroleum products and where this department is the contracting agency (see R.S. 47:711-820.51). B. Projects so designated must be of a size and complexity to reasonably expect certified businesses to successfully complete the contract.
