A. Pursuant to R.S. 30:1405.1(B), the treasurer is authorized after such appropriation, to rebate, on a pro rata basis, the amount of such excess fees attributable to general government agencies, as defined in the State Bond Commission's fee schedule, and otherwise in its rules and regulations, to the issuers of such general government issues paying closing fees for such issues in the fiscal year during which the fees were imposed. In no event, however, shall this rebate provision apply to application fees. The provisions of this rule apply to the Bond Commission fee schedule listed herein. B.
