LAC 73:I.1211. Rights of Protesting Party

A. These rules do not impair the right of the protesting party to sue the department to recover payment of the violation ticket as provided in R.S. 32:389. B. The protesting party will not be afforded the opportunity to personally appear before the violation ticket review committee, except as provided for in §1215 below. Only his written statement will be considered.
