LAC 73:I.1215. Reconsideration by Violation Ticket Review Committee

A. The decision of the violation ticket review committee may be reconsidered, either upon request of the protestor or upon motion of a member of the violation ticket review committee. Such request must be made within 30 days of the date of the notice of the decision of the first hearing. Additional information must be provided at second review. Should the protestor request that he be allowed to personally appear before the committee, he may be allowed by the committee to do so at the hearing on reconsideration. B. Following conclusion of the committee's final review and within 30 days of the issuance of the report required by Subsection A of §1205, the department shall notify the protestor of his right to appeal to the review panel established by Act 1201 of the 2001 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature.
