LAC 7:V.901. Establishment of Official State Grades of Poultry, Poultry Products, and Shell Eggs

A. Standards established in Regulations Governing the Voluntary Grading of Poultry Products and Rabbit Products and U.S. Classes, Standards, and Grades with Respect Thereto (7 CFR Part 2870) shall apply to all Louisiana state grades for poultry and poultry products. B. Standards established in Regulations Governing the Grading of Shell Eggs and U.S. Standards, Grades, and Weight Classes for Shell Eggs (7 CFR Part 2856) shall apply to all Louisiana grades for shell eggs.
