LAC 7:XLVII.105. Eligibility for Making a Request

A. No person may make a request for an order to keep a private crossing open or to reopen a private crossing unless the person owns, leases, or otherwise has legal use or possession of land that is split by a railway or has no other practical access to that person’s private rural residence or agricultural operation. B. A person may make the request only in his name either directly or through an authorized legal representative.
