LAC 7:XXXIX.1305. Application and Fee

A. Any landowner desiring to apply for participation in this program must first submit an application to the department on a form supplied by the department. B. Each landowner submitting an application must also submit a $25 nonrefundable application fee at the time the landowner's application is initially submitted to the department.
