LAC 7:XXXI.523. Confidentiality of Records; Maintenance of Records

A. All information provided by a milk producer or milk handler to LDAF or to other state or federal agencies and any information received by LDAF from other state or federal agencies that is declared by the milk producer or milk handler to be proprietary or trade secret information, or which is considered to be confidential under the U.S. or Louisiana Constitutions or by Louisiana law shall be treated by LDAF as confidential information that is exempt from Louisiana's public records laws. B. LDAF's records relative to the tax credit shall be maintained for a period of three years.
