A. A secondary student attending an approved cosmetology school, licensed by the Louisiana State Board of Cosmetology, may receive trade and industrial education credit if requirements for Carnegie units are met. B. A copy of the written agreement between the LEA and the private cosmetology school shall be on file in the central office.
