A. Institutions seeking initial licensure shall certify in writing that they have the capabilities to annually submit to the Board of Regents student-level data for each student, in a format prescribed by the Board of Regents. B. Institutions seeking renewal licensure shall annually collect, and all institutions licensed by the Board of Regents shall annually report, student-level data from the prior year for each student, in a format prescribed by the Board of Regents. At minimum, data from the prior year must include 1. withdrawal data; 2. program completion/graduation data; 3. student demographic information (including full name, date of birth, social security number, sex, race/ethnicity); 4. Type of credential earned.
