A. An institution shall establish a governing structure which delineates responsibility for institutional operations, policy formation, and the selection of the institution's chief executive officer. If the institution is governed by a board or group of officers, the role and responsibilities of that body must be clearly defined. B. Administrative personnel must possess qualifications which support the institution's stated purpose and effective operation.
