LAC 28:LXXIX.527. Annual School Report

A. Each nonpublic school shall submit an annual school report to the appropriate division within the LDE, according to the established time line. B. By October 15, the principal shall forward a report through the nonpublic superintendent's or administrator's office, to the LDE, on forms provided for that purpose. This report shall be authorized by the administrative head of the school.
