Act Number 687 of the 2018 Regular Legislative Session, effective May 30, 2018, enacted the Louisiana Student Tuition Assistance and Revenue Trust START Saving Kindergarten Through Twelfth Grade Program (START K12) as chapter 22-B, title 17 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes (R.S. 17:3100.1-3100.10).
