Entry-Level Welder—an individual employed in this position is considered to possess the prerequisite knowledge, attitude, skills, and abilities required to perform procedures that involve routine, predictable, repetitive, proceduralized tasks involving motor skills and limited theoretical knowledge while working under close supervision.
