LAC 28:XI.4911. Exiting the Status of a District Academically in Crisis [Formerly LAC 28:LXXXIII.4911]

A. A school district Academically in Crisis shall remain so until: 1. fewer than 30 schools within the district are academically unacceptable; 2. fewer than 50 percent of the district's students are enrolled in Academically Unacceptable schools; and 3. all audit findings are addressed.
