LAC 28:XI.803. Calculating a Survey Completion Score

A. The LDE will administer an online survey in 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 to be completed by the principal of every school in order to establish baseline data. B. The survey will be considered complete only upon approval by the superintendent. C. Full completion of the survey by the LDE established deadline will result in 75 points for grades K-8 and 150 points for grades 9-12. Failure to complete the survey will result in 0 points.
