LAC 31:III.133. Right to Protest Drayage or Storage Contract Award

A. All proceedings herewith shall be carried out in accordance with the Conduct of Hearing Rules set forth in LAC 34:I.Chapter 31. B. Any bidder may protest a solicitation or an award of a contract to the Secretary of State. C. In regard to the solicitation of a drayage or storage contract, the protest must be made in writing at least two days prior to the opening of bids. D. In regard to the award of any contract, a written protest must be made within 14 days after the contract is awarded.
