LAC 33:I.1131. Parties
Cite as La. Admin. Code tit. 33, pt. I, § 1131
A. Parties in declaratory ruling proceedings may include:
1. the petitioner; and
2. an intervener.
B. Parties shall have the right to retain counsel to represent them, but shall not be required to do so.
