LAC 33:I.1135. Consolidation and Separation of Petitions

A. When two or more petitions for declaratory ruling involve a common issue or issues of law or fact, they may be consolidated and considered as a single petition. In such cases all petitions shall be docketed under the lowest docket number. B. Petitions may be separated to simplify the proceedings or to permit a more orderly disposition of the matters consolidated.
