A. The following portions of the Rules of Procedure of the Louisiana Environmental Control Commission dated July 22, 1980, and effective August 20, 1980, are hereby rescinded:
1. Sections 5.0 through 5.8;
2. Sections 6.0 through 6.5;
3. Section 7.0; and
4. Sections 8.0 through 8.2.
