LAC 33:I.5703. Renewal of Accreditation

A. Accreditation shall be renewed annually, provided the testing laboratory has maintained compliance with these regulations, has reported acceptable proficiency test values for accredited classes, and has paid appropriate fees. B. Failure to receive a renewal notice does not exempt laboratories from meeting the renewal date requirements. C. Failure to pay the required renewal fees for 30 days shall automatically suspend accreditation of the laboratory until the fee is received by the department. D. Failure to pay the required renewal fees for 90 days shall automatically result in discreditation of the laboratory. A laboratory whose accreditation has expired may reapply.
