LAC 33:I.801. Definitions

Agency Interest Number―a site-specific number assigned to a facility by the department that identifies the facility in a distinct geographical location. Expedited Penalty Agreement―a predetermined penalty assessment issued by the department and agreed to by the respondent, which identifies violations of minor or moderate gravity as determined by LAC 33:I.705, caused or allowed by the respondent and occurring on specified dates, in accordance with R.S. 30:2025(D).
