LAC 33:VI.503. Minimum Remediation Standards and Risk Evaluation/Corrective Action Program Standards

A. The goal of site remediation activities is to achieve the minimum remediation standards defined in the RECAP standards in accordance with LAC 33:I.Chapter 13. The standards shall be used in determining the remedial goals at the site.
