LAC 13:I.743. Relocation of Enterprise Zones

A. A municipality or parish requesting the relocation of an enterprise zone must provide valid reason for requesting the move and must have the approval of the board. B. The residents of originally designated enterprise zone may qualify as part of the 35 percent residency requirement. C. The effective date of a relocation approved by the board shall be the date of passage affixed to the resolution by the local governing authority requesting the relocation.
