LAC 33:V.4707. Applicability

A. The requirements of this Subchapter apply to owners or operators who store munitions and explosive hazardous wastes, except as LAC 33:V.4301 provides otherwise.
[NOTE: Depending on explosive hazards, hazardous waste munitions and explosives may also be managed in other types of storage units, including containment buildings (Subchapter T of this Chapter), tanks (Subchapter I of this Chapter), or containers (Subchapter H of this Chapter).
