LAC 33:XV.591. Prohibitions

A. Industrial radiography performed with a sealed source which is not fastened to or contained in a radiographic exposure device, known as fishpole radiography, is prohibited unless specifically authorized in a license issued by the department. B. Exposure of a personnel monitoring device to deceptively indicate a dose delivered to an individual is prohibited.
