LAC 35:III.5793. Reporting Altercations

A. An association shall provide a written report of any physical altercation of which it has been made aware that occurs on its grounds to the commission within five days of incident. 1. The individuals involved in the reported physical altercation may be subject to immediate suspension by the commission.
