LAC 35:I.1725. Controlled Medication

A. Controlled medications are permitted in Louisiana as set forth in the list of controlled therapeutic medications published by the Association of Racing Commissioners International, Inc. and shall only be administered as therein prescribed and regulated at the threshold levels set forth in said list. B. The controlled therapeutic medications list as published by the Association of Racing Commissioners International, Inc., shall be maintained on the commission website and at the domicile office and be made available to the public upon request.
