LAC 35:XLI.1107. Registration of Partnership and Limited Liability Company

A. Each partnership must be registered with the commission, and its application for a license must be signed by all of the partners or their authorized agents. Each partner shall be required to obtain an owner's license. B. Each limited liability company must be registered with the commission, and its application must be signed by the member(s) or managing member(s) where designated. Every member having an interest of 5 percent or greater in the limited liability company shall be required to obtain an owner's license.
