LAC 19:VII.2309. Investment Criteria

A. The criteria for investment may include but not be limited to the following. 1. The applicant will be required to make investments that will at least create jobs in, create wealth in, and shall have a substantial economic impact to the economy of Louisiana. 2. The investment made by LEDC shall be made on no less than the same terms and conditions, and with the same expected return on investment, as other private investors.
