LAC 37:III.1927. Testimony; Communications

A. Any health care provider selected and paid by the fund who shall make or be present at an examination of the patient conducted pursuant to §1911 may be required to testify as to the conduct thereof and the findings so made. B. Communications made by the patient during the examination conducted pursuant to §1911 by the health care provider shall not be considered privileged.
