LAC 37:XIII.11317. Discontinuation of Product Type

A. When a health insurer issuer decides to discontinue offering policies pursuant to the LaChoice program, R.S. 22:250.7(C)(1)(a),(b),(c) and (d) shall be applicable in the discontinuation of such product.
