A. Grant funds must be expended by the firm no later than 30 days after the decision of the federal agency regarding the Phase 2 application or 60 days after the acceptance of the final Phase 1 report by the federal agency if no Phase 2 application is made. B. Exceptions to this may be made by the board on a case-by-case basis.
